@Normalfulla Sacha and Sherrie outdid themselves.
@ScenicViewer :) It was the aposta-event of the decade. We had Susan Gaskin beamed in from cyberspace, our very own @dubstepped/Michael Shemwell, among others who were with us in pixels and spirit. Moving speech by ExJw Fifth/Cliff, and many others.

@Listener: "Contrast that with Loyd approaching the speaker towards the end and whispering a reminder to mention the contribution box for donations."
Yes, @Listener. Donations. Aren't you wondering how a five star, fully catered event on the harbor hosting 134 guests with NO cover charge got funded? I'm glad Lloyd did have the voice to speak up on behalf of the two generous hosts who single-handedly foot the bill of the entire event themselves. You know who you are. ❤️
---------------new episode-----------------.
episode twenty four - silvers is shunned by jehovah's witnesses.
homeless at just 13 years of age, married at 16, raised by extended family that claimed him as their own to create the young jehovah’s witness that they wanted, silvers led a life that encompassed the whole toxic palette of cult life.
Oh, I've been reading @Caves comments from post #1 to today. This is exciting! Will tune in :).
music festivals are supposed to be entertaining events for young and old alike ,so why is it that so many youths and one`s in their twenty`s & thirty`s are being treated for drug overdoses at these venues ?.
their is so much information about the dangers of using drugs at these events or anywhere else ,why do they do it ?.
they put their own life at risk and traumatize those that try to treat them ?.
@stuckinarut2: "...the idea has been floated here in Australia to have pill testing facilities with trained specialists who can let the kids know if the drug is safe".
That sounds like a stepping stone to the Government doing "syringe testing" for drug addicts to ensure their loaded needles aren't riddled with AIDS or Hepatitis C.
how often have we heard jws (and christians in general) speak about how “god will step in soon and fix earths woes”.
a thought came to mind that i would love to calmly say to the person that says we should “wait on god”.
if your child looks up at you with big eyes, and a pained look on his face and says “daddy, i’m so hungry.
@Lost in the fog I accidentally clicked the downvote button on you - sorry! Smashed that like button fifty times right after. Consider it my mortal attempt at righting the wrong. Immediately. Not soon.
Thing is with Witnesses, they believe that the solution to wrong-doers is annihilation, so that's why they say that God is being "fair" by giving us all time to change our path. I'm not a divinely gifted thinker by any means, but even I can think of solutions for this. And for starters, violence isn't the answer.
My own kid made that dawn on me in a really simple way. I saw him commit a wrongdoing (he hit another child at the playground). And I was halted in my tracks before I reached out to smack him and yell, "we don't hit!" The only thing two wrongs ever made was a fight.

@eyeuse2badub You forgot "the Slave".

Whoa. That's a pretty cool analogy. Someone call social services, Heaven's division.
Heyyy, I made a cameo appearance in this video! Finally had the guts to just get out there online. Was really liberating :).
Thanks for posting this, @Lee Elder.
